- Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I feel incredibly fortunate to be married to a wonderful husband, Mike, and have four wonderful children--Dane, age 16; Grant, age 14; Tiersten, age 7; and Jennica, age 6. I am a Certified Residential Appraiser and opened my own business, Precision Appraisals, in October of 2005. This blog is an effort to share the wonderfully chaotic miracles that occur daily around me in the simple process of living and breathing.
